Dealing with etched paint






A friend came by the John Bull Garage the other day with a nasty etching in the clearcoat caused by some very acidic mud. Not easy to fix but by using a Dewalt Rotary Polisher, a succession of foam pads from Lake Country manufacturing and Menzerna's compounds and polishing materials we were able to make this owner feel much better. Yikes! Winston you sure did have a hefty bit of oxidation there! I guess four paws are better than two hands.
